We advise you that the best way to get to Hotel Beijers is by public transport. It is better for the environment and saves you the hassle of finding a car park, which can be a challenge in the historic city centre. Utrecht Central Station is a 10-minute walk away. You can also take a bus from the station: get off at Janskerkhof and then it is less than 5 minutes to walk to the hotel.

If you do come by car, please find a spot at the P Springweg parking garage. It is only a 5-minute walk to get to the hotel. The hourly rate is €3,60 and €36,00 for 24-hours.

A reservation is a group reservation when it has 5 or more rooms. If you would like to make a reservation, have any questions or want to cancel your reservation please contact us via e-mail or phone 030 202 9120.

Of course we like sharing our beautiful property and we are always in for new visual content. Photoshoots and video shoots that are not for private use are only allowed with the explicit consent of the hotel. Should you wish to shoot either, please contact us at and we will be happy to assess your request and assist you in planning your video shoot and/or photoshoot.

Of course, and we do it in style. Hotel Beijers offers a lovely breakfast in the beautiful cellar, so you can start the day right. Breakfast costs €17.50 per person and can be delivered anytime between 8:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m., just let us know what time suits you best.

Unfortunately our hotel does not have its own meeting facilities, but we would love to help you out with one of our partners. Please contact us at and we will help you to organise a successful meeting.

You can check in with us from 2 p.m. until 6 p.m. Check out is 11:30 a.m. at the latest.

Should you be arriving before 4 p.m. or staying past 11:30 a.m., we are more than happy to store your luggage so you can enjoy Utrecht!

Unfortunately, Hotel Beijers does not have a restaurant. However, because of its perfect location, Hotel Beijers is surrounded by Utrecht’s finest restaurants. We are happy to advise you and make reservations. For coffee and lunch we recommend Soep-er, our little sister.

Yes, all of our rooms have a well-stocked minibar.

No, unfortunately Hotel Beijers does not have 24-hour reception. But we are always reachable via mail or by phone 030-303 6399.

We love dogs and happily welcome your tail-wagger to our hotel, if well mannered and do not cause any disturbances. We do charge a cleaning fee of €15 per dog.

Hotel Beijers is located in a heritage monument, so that is why our hotel does not have an elevator. Our rooms are located over 4 floors, which are only accessible via stairs, with exception to those on the ground floor.

We don’t have rooms that are accessible to guests who may be less mobile. But if you would like to book a room on the ground floor, please let us know when you make your booking so that we can provide you with a suitable room.
